Started by singer-songwriter Mary Casiello in 2011, The Sticky Note Project (SNP) is an initiative that seeks to eliminate stigmas surrounding mental illness and promote mental wellness in the general population.  The SNP creates real and virtual arts-based opportunities in order to enable and further discussion on mental health issues.

While not a substitute for therapy or medical assistance, Mary and the artists of The Sticky Note Project are in a unique position to advocate for mental health causes and bring people together who can share resources.
